The new code will be subject to public hearings at Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council meetings in 2026.

Public Meetings

Project updates and draft regulations will be presented to the Rewrite Advisory Committee, Planning & Zoning Commission, and City Council throughout the project. All meetings listed above are open to the public, however opportunities to speak are only available at Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council meetings (Registration required, see applicable webpages for more information on participating in these meetings).

Meetings are typically held in the Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers in the Plano Municipal Center unless otherwise indicated on the meeting agenda. Please click on the links below to access the meeting materials and presentation, where available.
