Throughout the Community Design Plan process, the Plano Planning Department will host in-person public meetings and virtual outreach opportunities to provide information and gather public input to shape the outcome of the design standards. The City of Plano Planning Department kicked off public engagement for the first phase of the Community Design Plan at a recent Public Open House held on March 29 at the Courtyard Theater. This meeting introduced design standards concepts that may be appropriate for new development and redevelopment in the Downtown Corridors area.
